Work begins soon on Zion Towers, still the 6th tallest building in Newark. Our contribution was part of a multi-million-dollar effort that will substantially rehabilitate this 28-story residential building that was built in 1972.
The project is funded by New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency will entail the complete refurbishment of 268 apartment units. Every apartment will receive upgrades including new kitchens and bathrooms, overhauling the heating and air conditioning systems, repairs to the roof and façade, and modernize the elevators.
As part of the renovation, American Architectural Window and Door will supply and install (2,507) Aluminum Double Hung and Fixed Windows as well as the new lower Storefront openings in the common areas – including the lobby and community room.
