Keeping seniors comfortable and secure has never been more important than today. At Little Lehigh Senior Housing in Allentown, Pennsylvania, a rehabilitation of a 10-story senior housing building began earlier this year.
With a ever constant vigilance for the residences’ safety and comfort, American Architectural Window and Door the removal and replacement of existing windows. We installed aluminum thermal break, Low E Argon filled glazed windows, comprised of (630) Tilt Double Hung with Fiberglass Mesh Screens and (114) fixed windows. Also changes sashes and replacing locks.
The project was a big hit with the building residence as well, given it kept a buzz of activity in the building. All work was completed with residence and our crew creating a special bond created by the patience and respect everyone showed to one another.
