This 2-Story Garden Apartment complex consists of three brick buildings that have ten vestibule entries that lead to one- or two-bedroom apartments. The current entries have wood doors with wood decorative trim, all of which needs replacing. The owner’s goal was to give a fresh updated look to the entire property, as well as provide a more secure, energy-efficient entry.

This project included complete removal of doors and old trim, replacing wood framing where required for the replacement doors, then installing new energy efficient 20ga. Forest Green steel entry doors. Next new custom designed polymer resin-based trim that is water, rot, and pest resistant was added to give the finished entry a completely refreshed and updated look.
