Corlies Manor is a 2-Story Garden Apartment complex with 73 vestibule entrances. The current entry doors, which had side-lites on each side, needed replacing along with the current wood surrounding decorative trim. There were 4 different existing trims styles and conditions.

The owner wanted to have a more uniform design look to all the entrances. With several possible options considered, the final design arrived at 2 designs that all shared common design elements. The main difference was only the height of the new head piece based upon available clearance above the doors.

The project started with one pilot entrance, that included a demo of existing entry door and trim, replacing any wood blocking, then installing new energy efficient 20ga. steel entry doors with side-lites on each side. Next new custom polymer resin-based trim that is water, rot, and pest resistant was added to give the finished entry a completely refreshed and updated look. Once the owner accepted the new look and approved it, the project was given the green light with the remaining entrances now being completed in a multi- phased installation.
