Window and Door Projects in The Tristate’s

Formerly the Douglas Hotel, once the only luxury hotel in Newark, the historic 16-story property was repurposed as a Hi-Rise Residential Building. Once again AAWD was called upon to remove the existing 487 Bronze Windows and replacement them with a more aesthetically pleasing and energy efficient Almond Colored Aluminum Double Hung Window which gave the building a much more stately appearance.
