Having done several hundred thousand windows for this multi-family property owner over the last 25 years, AAWD was once again called on to be part of a $10 million renovation of a 4-story garden apartment complex. This 98 building, 700-unit apartment complex received over (4,500) energy efficient Aluminum Double Hung Windows with a decorative grid design between the glass. Along with (1,196) Aluminum Sliding Patio Doors, AAWD’s design team also designed a Window Wall that created additional living space for the residents while upgrading the exterior facade. Upon the project completion the owner the commented that “he would not have trusted this project to anyone else’, a compliment that the AAWD team was proud of.
