This fully occupied Senior Housing apartment building, Shirley Futch Plaza in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania was completed in 2 phases.  The project required removing old first-generation aluminum sliding windows and installing new bronze Aluminum Commercial Rated 2–Lite sliding windows. When completed, there were approximately 250 new windows installed in 7 days that are now much easier for the senior residents to operate while also being more energy efficient.
