AAWD was requested to go to South Dakota for a long-term client whose comment was, “your company is the only one I would request to go that far knowing I can trust your guys and the work quality”. CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!!

During our initial site visit to South Dakota, a full project assessment was done by our field site evaluation team for all windows and patio sliding doors in the multi-building apartment community. This project needed to be fast tracked so with the help of our manufacturer, all windows and doors were on site 4 weeks after our initial site visit. Now that’s teamwork! Everyone works in the same direction to accomplish a common goal.

Our installation drove 26 hours in 3 vehicles to reach their destination. All prior coordination with storage trailers, hotel rooms garbage containers, etc., was part of the pre-start-up logistics so the project could run smoothly.

Our crews worked 10-hour days, 6 days a week and completed the installation of all vinyl 2 lite sliding windows and sliding patio doors 8 days ahead of schedule! Exterior siding was then installed on all buildings giving this property the wonderful appealing facelift it desired. Our proud team of laborers, installers and project management received accolades of appreciation from building management and building inspectors who commented that they have never witnessed a project run so efficiently.
