The owner contracted with AAWD on a multiphase/multiyear window replacement program to replace the windows at this (11) building garden apartment complex. Each phase requires approx. 500 new windows, with the buildings are fully occupied while work is underway.

The project required removing existing vinyl windows that had outlived their life expectancy and replacing them with new white vinyl double hung windows per the owner’s request. After the windows were installed, custom bent aluminum brake metal was installed around the exterior of all windows with all adjoining areas professionally caulked to properly seal the windows from the elements. The entire project was completed in 12 days to the praises of the ownership and residents.
