The owner contracted with AAWD on a multiphase/multiyear window replacement program to replace the windows at this (23) building garden apartment complex. Each building requires approx. 100 new windows with several buildings being renovated each year.

The work required removing existing vinyl windows that had outlived their life expectancy and replacing them with new white vinyl double hung windows per the owner’s request. After the windows were installed, custom bent aluminum brake metal was installed around the exterior of all windows with all adjoining areas professionally caulked to properly seal the windows from the elements.
