This large fully occupied apartment complex, Knoll Croft Garden Apartments in the heart of Fairlawn, New Jersey, had 34 separate buildings and was another window replacement project where each building was fully occupied during the renovation. This project required removing old steel casement windows and installing new Single Hung vinyl windows with custom brake metal on the exterior. Once completed, there were over 1,200 new single-hung windows installed.

Throughout the project our crews heard residents singing songs of praise for the new windows updated look and ease of operation, creating happy owners and residents have been the lifeblood of our business for over 30 years. Once again mission accomplished.
