AAWD Inc. performed services to replace and install windows and doors at Knoll Croft Garden Apartments, which is a garden apartment complex consisting of 136 units located in Fair Lawn, NJ. This is one of the many occupied building projects carried out by AAWD in the tri-state area where window and door replacements take place in occupied buildings, where residents live through the entire process of renovation. This large fully occupied apartment complex, Knoll Croft Garden Apartments in the heart of Fairlawn, New Jersey, had 34 separate buildings and was another window replacement project where each building was fully occupied during the renovation. This project required removing old steel casement windows and installing new Single Hung vinyl windows with custom brake metal on the exterior. Once completed, there were over 1,200 new single-hung windows installed.
