New construction of Allegro Senior Living a 177-unit, 225,765-square-foot complex featuring “resort-style experience and amenities” for seniors with an estimated 220-230 residents at the facility. The facility is Allegro’s first community for seniors to be built in New Jersey.
American Architectural Window & Door played a key role in supplying and installing a range of components and systems for this project. The products include; all specialty Glass and Automatic Entry Doors, Specialty Glass for Glass Roof System in Greenhouse, Curtain Walls, Interior & Exterior Storefronts, and other miscellaneous glazing and exterior components.
In November 2021, this project was recognized at ABC’s Annual Excellence in Construction Awards Dinner. The award recognized the project’s general contractor, Wohlsen Construction Company, and the significant subcontractors, such as American Architectural Window and Door for the significant role we played in the project. AAWD couldn’t be more pleased to be part of this exciting project and the relationship we experienced with Wohlsen Construction, a firm with over 130 years of history.
