The remodeling of an 18-story apartment Hi-Rise building was somewhat of a challenge. Aside from installing over (2,000) Heavy Commercial Aluminum Double Hung Picture Window combinations, we were tasked with achieving the owner’s vision of installing approx. (400) Exterior Façade Weather Resistant Panels in six different colors, each at a specific location. The architect had a friendly lunch wager with us that we would never get them all in the right location. All we can say is lunch always tastes better when someone else pays!
