NorCrown Bank
Newark, NJ
Formerly the Military Park Building, now the NorCrown Bank Building, it is one of the earliest skyscrapers built in downtown Newark. Designed by the architectural firm Polhemus & Coffin of New York, it was the tallest building in New Jersey upon its completion in 1926. This 21-story historic building had (260) double Hung windows removed and replaced with Oriel Style Double Hung Windows with a Panning System. The design incorporated into the project created a similar look of windows previously installed to preserve the historical significance of the building.
