Window and Door Projects in The Tristate’s

This large multi-family project was under a time crunch as the owner had a specific timeline to complete it along with a liquidated damages clause if we didn’t finish on time. But there was also a bonus of doing a similar project immediately thereafter its completion if we were successful at meeting the dates required. Our crews installed an amazing 100 replacement windows per day along with (20) Patio Sliding Doors per day. In total, we installed in these twin 26-story Hi-Rise apartment buildings (2,250) Aluminum Double Hung Windows and (600) Aluminum Sliding Patio Doors. Not only was the project completed ahead of schedule but the owner stuck to his word gave us the other bonus project of similar size. A win-win for everyone!
