This 2-Story Garden Apartment complex consists of three buildings that have six vestibule entries. The current entries have French style doors and all the current entries have wood decorative trim that needs replacing. The entries are recessed from the building brick exterior and surrounded with wood trim around the doors in the porch area. The owner’s goal was to give a fresh updated look to the entire property.

This project included complete removal of doors and old trim, replacing wood framing required for the replacement doors, then installing new energy efficient 20ga. steel entry doors. Next new custom designed polymer resin-based trim that is water, rot, and pest resistant was added to give the finished entry a completely refreshed and updated look. The exterior overhanging ceiling in the entry also received new V-grooved polymer resin planks, thus completing the exterior renovation.
