They are dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable living and strives to ensure that every resident is comfortable and satisfied in their home. The owner completed the exterior transformation of the buildings by summer of this year. The updates included new roofs, gutters, Hardie board siding on the buildings’ rear elevation, railings and new entry doors and windows. The project included (670) Aluminum Double Hung Windows, (68) Single Entry Doors, (9) Double Entry Doors and (9) Basement Doors supplied and professionally installed by American Architectural Window and Door.
When work was completed in the fall, this charming garden apartment property was transformed into the appearance of a stately country manor. The change in its look was truly worth the undertaking according to many happy residents.
