This 28-story residential Hi-Rise building is the 6th tallest building in Newark. It underwent a complete interior and exterior renovation of all 268 occupied apartment units. Upon being awarded the project, we were given a four month time period to complete our work. All (2,507) Aluminum Double Hung and Fixed Windows combinations, along with Heavy Gauge Aluminum Corner Covers and Exterior sill covers all lower storefront openings received Heavy Gauge Aluminum Corner Covers and Exterior Sill Covers, as well as the new ground floor lower Storefront openings were complete in an amazing 59 days. Proving once again in AAWD’s team ability to rise to the occasion.
