AAWD is Part of an Exciting Project on Coney Island
New renderings for Coney Island’s exciting new rental project Ocean Dreams have been revealed. Ocean Dreams is being developed by the Red Apple Group, led by John Catsimatidis.
Hill West Architects, known for their work on 56 Leonard and One Riverside Park, are responsible for the design, which features a waveform on the base – fitting for its beachfront location. The 21-story project will house 425 luxury units. The complex will be made up of two towers and feature 20,685 square feet of commercial space and 327,778 square feet of residential space.
American Architectural Window and Door will provide install a number of exterior building components for the project. We should start work later this summer.
