American Architectural Window & Door Completes Modera Lofts Conversion Project in Jersey City

 In blog

In 1905, a warehouse which now stands at the corner of Morgan and Warren Streets in the Powerhouse Arts District of Jersey City was built for the Chicago-based retail company Butler Brothers which ran a chain of five and dime stores. 110 years later, American Architectural Window & Door was honored after an arduous selection process to assist in the development of the iconic Modera Lofts.

American Architectural Window & Door was the chosen supplier and installer for this conversion project based on our 25+ years of knowledge and expertise in providing solutions for historical and landmark projects. We’ve now completed our portion towards the transformation of this industrial site into a community of 366 loft-style luxury apartment homes.

You can Count on Us to match the right product and installation method to meet your specific buildings requirements!
