American Architectural Window & Door has multiple active projects going on simultaneously here and throughout the tri-state region. Douglas Homes is a 15-story, 134 unit, occupied senior low-income affordable housing community located in the center of downtown Newark, 1 block from city hall.
Approximately 550 windows consisting of 10 different types and sizes are being replaced at Douglas Homes with new energy efficient model 2600 aluminum, heavy commercial-rated, double hung windows with custom aluminum panning.
