You only Get One Chance to Make a Good First Impression

We all know one shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. Yet, knowing and doing are two different things.

Here is an experiment to prove this point. Look at the photo of the 2 doors. Imagine walking up to the door on the left with the letter “A” on it. What would be going through your mind about the building, the door itself, what may be behind this door?

Now imagine walking up to the door on the right. What would be going through your mind about the building, the door itself, what may be behind this door?

If you were going to rent an apartment and you had the choice of the one on the left or right, but could not go inside to see the apartment, which apartment would you most likely consider renting? And if you were the owner of both the apartment on the left and right, which one would you think would be most appealing to potential renters?

In this example, the apartment on the left and right are exactly the same on the inside, only the entry door on the right has been upgraded. The new entry door exudes appeal, welcoming both renter and any guest as they approach this entry.

Now imagine how American Architectural Window and Door can enhance your properties’ appearance and the perception of your potential renters.
